耐高温防破乳有机硅柔软剂的性能与应用

Properties and application of the high-temperature and demulsification silicone softener

The silicone softener is widely used in textile production because of its excellent soft handle. But the silicone emulsion is a relative equilibrium system and its stability will be destroyed by a bit of change of its ambient, which will cause great trouble to the factory and restrict its application. This paper introduces the researching background, its properties, applying test and process. The results show that the high-temperature resistant silicone softener has the properties of no-staining the trough or roller, no-floating oil, high-temperature and demulsification resistant. As a new product, silicone softener will make up the shortcomings of the normal softeners.
