| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了电脑绣花机换色机构机械执行部分的原理,然后在原理分析的基础上考虑怎样实现换色检测,在此基础上设计出换色电机控制器的软硬件。该控制方案已经用于电脑绣花机系统中,保证换色的可靠性。

| Abstract: | The principle of the color changing actuating mechanism is introduced in brief.Based on the principle analysis and how to realize the check of color, the software and hardware design of the color changing motor controller is provided. This scheme has been applied in the computerised embroidery system with good reliability. |
