升温速率对煤的自燃倾向性表征影响的研究

摘    要:使用热重分析仪器,对不同煤样在不同升温速率下进行了实验研究,结果表明,提高升温速率,TG曲线向高温方向移动;运用热分析动力学方法求出不同煤样在不同升温速率下的活化能,结果发现随着升温速率的增加,煤的活化能逐渐增大,升温速率是影响煤的自燃倾向性表征的重要因素。

Abstract:Using thermogravimetric analysis instrument,experiment of different coal sample were carried out on different heating rate.The studies show that TG curves move to high temperature zone with the increasing of heating rate.Activation energy were computed using the method of thermoanalysis kinetics.The results suggest that activation energy of coal gradually increased with the increasing of heating rate.Heating rate is a important influential factor for spontaneous combustion tendency characterization of the coal.
