| 摘 要： | 在实施工程施工阶段的监理工作中 ,物料管理对完成工程项目的三大控制 (造价、工期、质量 )目标起着十分重要的作用 ,故此分析了物料管理的、工作目标、工作内容和工作方法。实践证明 ,运行良好、计划周密、动态而全面的物料管理工作是实现监理预期目标的一项必不可少的根本保证。

| Abstract: | During the course of construction supervision, material management is of great importance to the control of engineering cost, the time limit for the project and its quality. In this aritcle, the significance, aim, content and methods of material management are analyzed. It has been proved by practice that sound operation, prudent planning and dynamic and comprehensive material management can guarantee the achievement of the antiapated aim of supervision. |
