摘    要:本文探讨了开炼机和单螺杆挤出机两种简单的共混设备制备的 EPDM/PP热塑性弹性体( TPES)性能差别 ,实验结果表明 ,单螺杆挤出机制备的 TPES具备更好的力学性能 ,170℃制备的 TPES的拉伸强度和 10 0 %定伸应力优于 190℃制备的 TPES,而断裂伸长率则相反

Abstract:In this paper,the difference of The properties of EPDM/PP thermoplastic elstomers (TPES) prepared with the open mill and single screw extruder as two kinds of simple equipment of mixing was explored.The experimental results showed that TPEs prepared with single-screw extruder had better mechanical properties,tensile strength and stress at 100% strain of TPEs prepared at 170℃ were superior to those of TPEs prepared at 190℃,yet elongation at break was opposite.
