摘    要:用批量乳液聚合法制备了苯乙烯 ( St)—丙烯酸乙酯 ( EA)二元共聚物种子乳液 S,通过连续法无皂种子乳液聚合技术 ,以二乙烯基苯 ( DVB)作交联剂 ,合成了具有不同交联程度的 St-EA-丙烯酸 ( AA)三元共聚乳液。将所得胶乳进行碱酸分步处理 ,得到具有多孔结构的乳胶粒 ,用透射电镜 ( TEM)对胶粒形态进行表征 ,研究了乳胶粒的交联程度与胶粒成孔的关系

Abstract:Seed latex S consisting of styrene (St) and ethyl acrylate (EA) was firstly prepared by batch process, then a serise of St-EA-AA(acrylic acid) terpolymer latexes containing different amount of divinyl benzene(DVB) as crosslinking agent were synthesized by continuous seeded emulsion polymerization in the absence of emulsitiers, and the composite latexes were then treated by alkali and acid subsequently at 70℃ respectively for 2h and 1h. Particle size and morphologies were characterized by TEM using phosphotunstic acid as staining agent. Experimental results showed that the crosslinking degree had great effect on the formation of the multihollow structure in particles.
