| 摘 要： | 在常压和催化剂存在下 ,采用淀粉为原料 ,经醚化、氧化和交联等步骤合成了新型烟草薄片胶粘剂 ,详细介绍了其生产工艺流程与操作步骤。应用性能试验结果表明 ,采用该胶粘剂生产的烟草薄片具有色泽浅 ,抗摺强度高 ,耐水性能优良等特点 ,优于现行使用的 CMC

| Abstract: | In the normal pressure and prsence of catalysts,a novel tobacco sheet adhesive was synthesized by using starch as the main meterials through these stages of etherification,oxidation,cross linking and so on.The process flow and produced steps were explained.The test results of applied proerties showed that the tobacco sheet prouced by this novel adhesive had light colour,high rupture strength,premium resistivity against water etc.,and this kind of adhesive was superior to the carboxylmethyl cellulose. |
