人工湿地污泥处理系统微生物组成的分离与鉴定

摘    要:通过试验选用适合微生物生长的培养基。分离和鉴定了人工湿地污泥处理系统中微生物的组成关系.分离、纯化、鉴定、检索的结果。共得到9种菌株,其中有些种是严格的好氧菌。有些是兼性菌,由于这几种菌属降解有机物的能力都很强,因面,使人工湿地污泥处理系统形成完整的微生物生态系统.

Abstract:The suitable mediums for microbial growth were determined through experiments,which separated and identified the microbial of the hydrophyte-artificial wetland system.The result of separating,purifying and retrieving got nine kinds of bacteria,some of them are anaerobic bacterium and some of them are facultative bacteria,the nine kinds of bacteria have strong ability to decompose the organic matter in the waste water,formed complete microbial ecosystem in the hydrophyte-artificial wetland system.
