| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍塑料线卷绕机的生产工艺和技术要求、系统的组成、工作原理、主要元器件选择、调试中出现的主要问题和解决思路。实践证明本文提出的恒张力控制器完全可以替代同类进口产品，且价格便宜，使用和维修方便。

| Abstract: | his paper mainly describes the process technology specificaions for wirewound plastic machine --constant-extended--force controller, the system strLlcfure, principle of operation, selection of main system elements. It also describes how to solve some problems occured to us in test. It has been proved in proactice that this controller can completely replace the same kind of imports have convenient operation and maintenance and be cheaper. |
