可视化虚拟设计技术在压榨辊CAE分析中的应用

摘    要:根据有限单元法理论,应用AUTOCAD建立了特征造型的纸机压榨辊实体模型,并应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了该压榨辊的有限元模型,进行了精确的网格划分,确定了模型的约束和加载的位置及形式,对实际工况下的压榨辊进行了强度和刚度分析,确定出压榨辊工作过程中的最大应力部位及变形趋势,可为设计纸机压榨辊提供重要依据。

Abstract:In the artice, based on the theory of the finite element method, the characteristic entity model of the press roll is upbuilt with AUTOCAD, and the finite element model of the roll is set up with the analysis software ANSYS. The restriction, loading position and loading pattern of the model are determined by the accurate division of the grillwork, and the strength and rigidity of the roll under practical operation condition are analyzed to confirm the maximal stress place and distortion trend of the press roll, which provide the key basis in the design of the press section in paper machine.
