铸铁缸体水套油道用覆膜砂与涂料的匹配研究

摘    要:对铸铁缸体水套油道用覆膜砂与涂料的匹配进行了试验研究,探讨了渣孔缺陷、气孔缺陷的产生机理,结果显示:(1)涂料渗透深度控制在1.0~1.5 mm,可以有效消除气孔、渣眼等缺陷;(2)覆膜砂的细度对涂料的浸透层深度有明显影响,应加强水套油道芯用耐高温覆膜砂的常规检测项AFS细度的检测与控制;(3)涂料的浓度对涂料的浸透层深度有明显影响,需要对涂料的浓度进行监控、记录;(4)涂料的发气量对缸体缸筒气孔有显著影响,应加强对涂料发气量的检测与控制。

Abstract:The match of resin-coated sand used for making oil canal of cast iron cylinder block jacket core with the coating was investigated. The formation mechanisms of slag hole and blowhole defects were discussed. The results showed:(1)The blowhole and slag hole defects could be effectively eliminated by controlling the coating penetrating depth in the range of 1.0~1.5 mm.(2)The grain fineness of the resin-coated sand had obvious influence on the penetrating depth of the coating. It should be to strengthen the inspection and control of AFS fineness as the normal test items of the high temperature-resistant resin-coated sand used for making oil canal of the jacket core.(3)The concentration of the coating had obvious influence,it was necessary to supervise,control and record the concentration of the coating.(4)The gas evolution of the coating had obviuos influence on the blowhole formation in the cylinder holes of the cylinder block,it was necessary to strengthen inspection and control of gas evolution of the coating.
