| 摘 要： | 利用故障树分析法对某单位数控加工用刀具集中自动存储立体库堆垛机货叉故障进行系统分析、梳理,建立堆垛机货叉故障快速诊断树,用于指导维修人员快速判别故障原因,及时高效排除设备故障。同时,也为其他设备故障提供参考。

| Abstract: | The fault tree analysis method was used to analyze and comb pallet fork failures of NC machining tool automatic centralized storage three-dimensional storehouse stacker in one unit.The fault quick diagnosis tree was established to guide maintenance personnel to quickly distinguish fault causes,effective eliminating equipment failure in time.At the same time,it also provides a certain method for other equipment failure diagnosis. |
