我国工业机器人标准体系建设研究

摘    要:我国已连续5年成为全球最大的工业机器人应用市场,市场规模约占全球的1/3。在工业机器人产业蓬勃发展的同时必须清醒地认识到,由于缺失相关技术标准,没有形成健全的标准体系,导致产品质量得不到有效保证,国内60%以上市场份额被国外品牌占据,亟待开展标准化相关研究。采用魏尔曼三维结构模型的思想,构建了我国工业机器人三层次标准体系框架,分析了我国工业机器人标准体系存在的主要问题,并从4个方面提出了我国工业机器人标准体系的建设思路。所研究内容对加快我国工业机器人标准化工作步伐、促进我国工业机器人产业健康快速发展具有现实意义。

Research on Construction of Standard System of Industrial Robot in China
Abstract:China has become the largest industrial robot application market for five years, accounting for about one third of the world''s market size. While the industrial robot industry is booming, it must be clearly recognized that due to the lack of relevant technical standards and sound standard system, the quality of industrial robots cannot be effectively guaranteed, more than 60% of the domestic market share is occupied by foreign brands. Therefore, research on standardization of industrial robots is urgently needed. By adopting the Verman three dimensional (3D) structure model ideology, three level standard system framework was constructed for industrial robots, the main problems were analyzed, and the construction ideas were put forward from four aspects. This study is helpful to speed up the pace of standardization and to promote the healthy and rapid development of industrial robots industry with practical significance in China.
