摘    要:介绍了采用3D打印技术生产铸件的工艺原理,详细阐述了3D打印快速成型技术在缸体铸件生产中的应用。结果显示:随炉试棒的抗拉强度平均值为268 MPa,缸体顶面和缸筒壁硬度平均值分别为201 HB和191 HB,符合技术要求;铸件全尺寸和关键部位的位置度实际测量值都在要求范围内,说明打印的砂芯在浇注过程中变形较小,砂芯的打印精度较高;铸件进行机加工、装机后进行了台架冷试试验,结果良好。最后得出结论:采用3D打印制作全组芯砂型浇注铸件的工艺可以实现快速生产复杂铸件,铸件尺寸合格率高,试验周期大幅缩短,可有效支持产品先期研发工作。

Abstract:The technology principle of using 3D printing technology to produce castings was introduced. The application of 3D printing rapid prototyping technology in the production of cylinder block castings was described in detail. The application of 3D printing rapid mold formation technology in the production of cylinder block castings was described in detail. The result showed:the average tensile strength of same ladle metal test bar was of 268 MPa,the average hardness of top surface and cylinder hole wall of the cylinder block was of 201 HB and 191 HB respectively,meeting technical requirements. The actual values of all dimensions and the position degree of key places of the casting were within the required range. It showed that the printed sand core was less deformed during pouring process,the printing accuracy of sand core was relatively high. After the castings machining and assembling on engine,the cold test was carried out on the bench,the result was good. Finally it was concluded that the process of making full cores assembly sand mold with 3D printing to produce castings could realize rapid production of complex castings,the casting dimensions qualification rate was high,the test period could be significantly shortened,that would effectively support early period research and development of the product.
