主从式遥操作配网带电作业机器人研究

摘    要:针对配网环境差、供电范围大、事故率高且检修困难等特点,对主从式遥操作配网带电作业机器人进行了研究,主要包括对总体设计方案、移动绝缘升降机构、机器人高空作业平台、人机操作交互控制系统的研究,并进行了试验验证,结果表明:主从式遥操作配网带电作业机器人能够完成断接引流线、除枝、清除异物等带电作业任务。

Research on Distribution Network Live Working Robot with Master-slave Tele-operation
Abstract:Focused on the characteristics of poor agricultural distribution network, large power supply range, high accident rate and difficult maintenance, the distribution network live working robot with master-slave tele-operation is studied. The overall design was included and completed, as well as the research of mobile insulation lifting mechanism, of robot high-altitude operation platform, and of man-machine operation interactive control system. The experimental results show that the master-slave tele-operation live working robot can accomplish live operation tasks such as disconnecting drainage line, removing branches and removing foreign bodies, and etc.
