摘 要: | 表面完整性是评价零件表面加工质量的重要标准之一。在切削镍基高温合金GH4169的过程中,加工硬化、变质层的形成等是重要的加工难题,因此研究GH4169零件的表面完整性对其高速切削加工过程有重要的意义。从表面粗糙度、表面加工硬化、白层以及表面残余应力等方面对切削镍基高温合金的表面完整性研究进展进行总结,从切削用量、工艺参数和刀具的选用等方面为提升加工零件表面质量提供了重要依据。

Analysis for Surface Integrity Research Status of Nickel Base Superalloy |

Abstract: | Surface integrity is one of the important criteria for evaluating machining quality. In the process of cutting superalloy GH4169, work hardening and formation of metamorphic layer are important processing problems. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the surface integrity of machined parts GH4169 for its cutting process. The research progress of surface integrity in cutting nickel based superalloy was summarized from the aspects of surface roughness, surface work hardening, white layer and surface residual stress.It provides important basis for improving the surface quality of machined parts from the aspects of cutting parameters, process parameters and tool selection. |
