摘    要:电力行业业务的多样化和电力客户的增多,导致电力行业客户服务的人工成本和压力随着服务质量要求的不断提升而逐年提高。为了降低人工压力和提高服务质量,设计了一个基于人工智能的在线电力智慧客服系统,首先介绍了整个智慧客服系统工作原理,然后详细分析了各部分功能实现方法,并且着重设计了利用人工智能中的自然语言处理技术并结合深度学习实现的自动问答系统。本文的工作对在线电力智慧客服的系统设计和实现具有一定的参考价值。

Design of online power smart customer service system based on Artificial Intelligence
Abstract:The diversification of the power business and the increase in power customers have led to an increase in labor costs and pressures of customer service in the power company as the service quality requirements continue to increase. In order to reduce labor pressure and improve service quality, this paper designs an online power smart customer service system based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Firstly, it introduces the principle of the smart customer service system, then analyzes the functions of each part in detail, and an automatic question and answer system based on natural language processing technology and deep learning of AI is designed. The work of this paper would have certain reference value for the system design and implementation of online power smart customer service.
