调压阀液压系统状态监测与故障诊断技术研究

摘    要:研究空气调压阀液压系统状态监测与故障诊断技术,选取液压油油温、液压缸压力、活塞杆位移、伺服阀控制电流、油液污染度等参数作为状态监测参数,基于NI cRIO分布式实时控制系统对监测参数进行实时采集、显示、记录和报警,实现了对整个系统运行状态的实时监测。通过提取和分析液压缸压力、位移信号和伺服阀控制电流信号的综合特征,初步实现了对液压系统关键参数的状态监测和故障的快速诊断与定位。测试结果验证了状态监测和故障诊断技术的有效性和正确性。

Study on the Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosing Technique for the Hydraulic System of Gas Pressure Regulating Valve
Abstract:The condition monitoring and fault diagnosing technique for the hydraulic system of gas pressure regulating valve was studied.The hydraulic oil temperature,hydraulic cylinder pressure,piston rod displacement,control current of servo valve and the oil pollution were selected as the parameters of the condition monitoring.The real time monitoring of the system was realized through the real time collection,indication recording and alarming of the monitoring parameters based on the NI cRIO real time control system.The condition monitoring of the key parameters of the hydraulic system and the quick fault diagnosing and location were conducted by the extraction and analysis of characteristic parameters such as hydraulic cylinder pressure,displacement signal and the control current signal of servo valve.The validity and correctness of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is verified by the test results.
