摘    要:针对现有的为液压伺服系统中作动缸内活塞杆提供支撑力的静压支撑缸,考虑来自作动缸泄漏油的问题,利用三维建模软件SOLIDWORKS进行整体系统的模型构建,并运用ANSYS-FLUENT软件进行流场分析,得到系统的压力分布情况,求出了静压支撑产生的支撑力大小。

Abstract:Focused on the existing static pressure support cylinder which is determined to provide support force for the piston rod in the actuating cylinder of a whole hydraulic servo system, the problem has been considered of leaking oil by the actuating cylinder. The modal of the system was constructed with the Three Dimensional (3D) modeling software SOLIDWORKS, further more, the flow field was analyzed using ANSYS-FLUENT. Finally, the pressure distribution of system was gotten. In the end, the support force of the static pressure support is calculated.
