摘    要:简介某钢厂热轧升降机液压系统,介绍影响升降机同步精度的因素和控制策略,分析导致升降机在工作下降过程中出现卡顿的原因。为提高升降机同步精度,将液压缸上的平衡阀改为防爆阀,升降机工作恢复正常且运行稳定,而且同步性能提高。

Improvement of Synchronous Control Scheme for Hot rolling Lift
Abstract:The hydraulic system of the hoist was introduced. The factors affected the synchronous precision of the hoist and the control strategy were introduced. The reasons that led to the stuck appearance in the process of the hoist falling down were analyzed.In order to improve the synchronization accuracy of the lift, the balance valve on the hydraulic cylinder was changed into the explosion proof valve.The lift work is restored to normal, the operation is stable, and the synchronization performance is improved.
