摘    要:某型履带式装载机在单边转向时常常出现熄火现象,使整机的工作性能受到很大影响。通过对其负载敏感驱动系统进行动态特性分析发现,液压波动以及液压泵和发动机之间的功率匹配是产生故障的根本原因。针对这一问题,在不影响发动机效率的前提下,设计出一种简单易行的改进方案:在驱动系统的两个负载反馈回路中间串联一个适当大小的阻尼孔,以解决发动机与液压泵之间的功率匹配问题,降低系统的液压波动。仿真及实验结果表明:该方法可有效解决装载机转向过程中的熄火问题,大幅提高了系统的动态性能,优化方案简单可行。

Performance Analysis and Optimization Scheme of Load Sensitive Drive System for Loaders
Abstract:Flameout often occurs when a certain type of crawler loader is turning unilaterally, which greatly affects the working performance of the whole machine. By analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the load sensitive drive system, it was found that hydraulic fluctuation and power matching between the pump and the engine were the fundamental causes of the fault. To solve this problem, without affecting the efficiency of the engine, a simple and feasible improvement scheme was designed: a suitable damping hole was connected in series between the two load feedback loops of the driving system, so as to solve the power matching between the engine and the hydraulic pump and to reduce the hydraulic fluctuation of the system. Simulation and experimental results show that this method can effectively solve the flameout problem in the steering process of loader, greatly improve the dynamic performance of the system, and the optimization scheme is simple and feasible.
