摘    要:为了进一步提高液压混合动力车辆的性能,以功率分流式液压混合动力车辆为研究对象,针对某车型,对比了分速汇矩、分矩汇速液压混合动力系统传动方案的速比特性、功率特性,提出了一种适合于混合动力车辆的分速汇矩液压混合动力传动方案。对传动系统的液压泵/马达、蓄能器等关键元件进行了参数匹配;建立了车辆动力学模型,分析了再生制动、蓄能器单独驱动等工况下液压泵/马达排量、蓄能器压力、容积等参数对车辆性能的影响,确定了液压泵/马达和蓄能器的主要参数,为液压混合动力汽车系统方案设计以及合理参数匹配提供了理论依据。

Abstract:To improve the performance of hydraulic hybrid vehicles, a power-split hydraulic hybrid vehicle is researched. The speed ratio characteristics and power characteristics of hydraulic hybrid transmission schemes of input split and torque split for a vehicle were contrasted. A new input-split transmission scheme is proposed, which is suitable for hydraulic hybrid vehicles. The parameters of key components such as pump/motor and accumulator for the scheme were matched. The vehicle dynamic model was built. The effects of parameters such as hydraulic pump/motor displacement, accumulator pressure and volume on vehicle performance under regenerative braking and accumulator auxiliary drive were analyzed. The main parameters of the hydraulic pump/motor and accumulator are confirmed, and the theoretical basis and reference for the design of the hydraulic hybrid vehicle system and the reasonable matching parameters are proposed.
