气孔缺陷的防止措施

摘    要:根据侵入性气孔、析出性气孔、反应性气孔的特征,分析了3种气孔缺陷产生的原因,并给出了相应的防止措施,得出以下结论:生产过程中无论产生哪种类型的气孔,都是物理反应或化学反应的结果,或者2种反应的共同结果。借助能谱分析判断参与反应的物质,确定气孔的类型,有针对性地制定出防止措施,可有效解决气孔缺陷。

Abstract:According to the characterwastics of invasive blowhole,precipitated blowhole,reactive blowhole,the causes of three kinds of blowhole defects were analyzed,and the corresponding prevention measures were given. The following conclusions were obtained:no matter what type of blowhole were produced in the production process,all of them were the result of a physical reaction and a chemical reaction,or a common result of two reactions. By means of energy spectrum analyswas,the substances involved in the reaction were judged,the types of blowhole were determined,and the preventive measures were worked out,which could effectively solve the blowhole defects.
