钛合金典型特征加工工艺方案设计

摘    要:钛合金结构零件高质量高效率的加工一直是制约着飞机快速研制的重要瓶颈。对钛合金加工过程中容易发生质量问题的典型特征进行分类,并就每类典型特征的加工工艺性进行分析,同时针对每类典型特征设计相应的加工工艺方案,结合此研究成果在实际零件加工中的具体应用,以期对钛合金加工,特别是相关典型特征的加工提供参考。

Design of Typical Processing Technology Scheme of Titanium Alloy
Abstract:High quality and high efficiency machining of titanium alloy structural parts has always been an important bottleneck restricting the rapid development of aircraft. The typical characteristics of titanium alloy that were prone to quality problems in the process of processing were classified, the processing technology of each typical characteristic was analyzed, and the corresponding processing technology scheme was, designed for each typical characteristic. Combining with the specific processing application of the research results in actual parts, it provides reference for titanium alloy processing, especially for the processing of related typical characteristics.
