汽车木壳挡位面板数控专用机床设计及分析

摘    要:分析汽车挡位面板的加工现状,传统的汽车挡位面板都是以塑料为主,加工复杂、工序繁琐、自动化程度较低。对新型木壳复合板加工挡位面板进行研究,并对挡位面板的特征、尺寸布置方式和加工工艺进行分析,确定汽车挡位面板的加工工艺流程。在此基础上,对汽车挡位面板数控曲线铣边专用机床进行总体的布局设计,确定主运动系统、进给运动系统及主机部分的设计方案。根据机床的设计原则及理论,设计导轨机构、机架机构、随动压辊、电控系统等主要机构部件。运用Solid Works软件对机床主要的受力支撑件机架进行静力学分析,求解出机架的最大应力、位移的变化范围,并进行分析。结论是机架的刚度、强度和稳定性符合设计要求。

Design and Analysis of CNC Machine Tool Specially for Machining the Edge of the Wood Block of Automobile
Abstract:The processing status of automobile gear panel was analyzed. The traditional automobile gear panel is mainly made of plastic with complicated processing, cumbersome operation and low degree of automation. New wood composite board was used to process the gear panel.The characteristics of the gear panel, the layout of the size and the processing technology were analyzed and the processing technology of the automobile gear panel was determined. On this basis, the overall layout design of the special machine tool for CNC curve milling of automobile gear panel was carried out. The design scheme of main motion system, feed motion system and host part was determined. Based on the design principle and theory of the machine tool, the main body parts such as the guide mechanism, the frame mechanism, the follower pressure roller and the electronic control system were designed. The main force support frame of the machine tool was analyzed and the maximum stress and displacement range of the frame were solved by using SolidWorks software.The conclusion is that the rigidity, strength and stability of the frame meet the design requirements.
