摘    要:采用屏蔽腔的方法解决L波段混频组件的电磁兼容问题,通过HFSS软件计算分析优化屏蔽腔的连接结构,对连接结构的分析找到一种适用于L波段的电磁屏蔽腔外壳设计。最终根据此设计加工出用于L波段混频组件的带电磁屏蔽腔的组件外壳,经过电路的装配与封装测试达到了解决组件电磁兼容问题的目的。

Abstract:The shielding cavity is used to solve the contradiction of electromagnetic compatibility of L band mixer circuit module. The HFSS electromagnetic software is used to optimize the structure. Based on the result of the calculation and analysis, the shell with electromagnetic compatibility shielding cavity for L band mixer module has been designed and fabricated. The circuit installation and package measurement show that the contradiction of electromagnetic compatibility was solved.
