摘    要:本文以11.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎为研究对象,考虑了轮胎材料的物理非线性,几何大变形以及接触非线性等特点,采用Yeoh模型描述橡胶类材料的力学行为,并用Rebar嵌入式Surface单元模拟轮胎钢丝帘线,在ABAQUS软件中建立了带有复杂胎面花纹的轮胎有限元模型,并开展了相关实验验证了模型的可靠性。研究结果表明,轮胎的垂直刚度随下沉量的增大而逐渐增大,最后趋于一恒定值;轮胎接地压力分布在花纹块边缘处较大;数值预测的轮胎接地印痕形状和接地面积与实验结果吻合很好;在接地区域胎体帘线的周向受力呈现中心低边缘高的规律,然后在远离接地区逐渐减小。

Abstract:Taking all-steel truck radial tire of 11.00R20 as a research object and considering the physical nonlinear, geometric large deformation and the contact nonlinear boundary, etc., a finite element model of tire with detailed tread pattern is constructed in ABAQUS software, in which the mechanical behavior of rubberlike materials is described by Yeoh model and the streel cord is modeled by an embedded surface element with rebar. Moreover, the corresponding verfication experiment is preformed in this study. The results show that the vertical stiffness of the tire increases with increasing of sinkage, and finally the vertical stiffness closes to a constant value. As for pressure distribution in the contact patch, the larger pressure is located at the edge of the pattern blocks. The footprint shape and area predicted by numerical prediction are in good agreement with experiment. In the contacting road region, the circumferential rebar force of carcass is lower in the middle of the footprint than that of the outer contact patch, and then the rebar force of carcass gradually decreases far from the contact road area.
