尾矿坝土工席垫三维有限元模拟及效果分析

摘    要:为了快速有效地降低尾矿坝浸润面,结合某尾矿坝加高扩容工程,根据其初期排渗系统已部分失效的现状,拟定了后期扩容加高中土工席垫的排渗布置措施,为简化计算,建立包含土工席垫及其排渗管的尾矿库精细准三维渗流有限元分析模型及等效渗流分析模型,研究了土工席垫的等效模拟方法及相应的等效渗透系数,并将简化成果应用于尾矿坝全库整体模型的三维渗流计算分析,模拟土工席垫排渗措施的排渗效果,并研究其部分失效工况的尾矿坝渗流场。结果表明,采用土工席垫排渗措施后,可增大浸润面埋深,有效控制浸润面;土工席垫部分失效后,排渗效果稍微减弱,建议土工席垫由铺设3排改为铺设4排,其余保持不变,以更好地保证尾矿坝渗流稳定性。

Three-dimensional Finite Element Simulation and Drainage Effect Analysis of Geotechnical Mat in Tailings Dam
Abstract:In order to reduce the seepage face of the tailings dam quickly and effectively, according to the condition that the initial drainage system of the tailings dam has been part of the failure, the geotechnical mat measures is proposed for later heightening and expansion of a certain tailings dam project. Three-dimensional seepage finite element analysis model and equivalent model are established considering geotechnical mat and drainage tube. The equivalent simulation method and the equivalent permeation coefficient are studied. The equivalent method is applied to analyze the seepage characteristic of three-dimensional finite model for the whole tailings dam. The drainage effect of geotechnical mat and its partial failure are analyzed based on the integral model for the whole tailings dam. The results show that the seepage face of the tailings dam can be controlled through taking the geotechnical mat measures. When the geotechnical mat became partial failure, the drainage effect is weakened. Thus, the row numbers of the geotechnical mat can be increased from 3 to 4 to raise the seepage stability of the tailing dam.
