竹大片/定向刨花板工业生产技术的研发和应用

摘    要:以充分利用竹材优良的结构性能、提高竹材人造板生产技术水平为目的,进行了竹大片/定向刨花板生产工艺和成套设备的研究开发。结果表明:竹大片刨花板具有竹种和竹秆部位适应性强、原竹利用率高、生产工艺技术可靠等特点,产品性能显著优于同类木质人造板。竹大片刨花板的生产规模和生产技术水平可灵活选择、可形成机械化生产线,投资效益良好,是多竹地区转化竹资源为社会创造经济效益和生态效益的良好途径。

Abstract:Results from the R & D of the technology and whole complete machinery for manufacturing bamboo waferboard(BWB) for full using excellent structural properties of bamboo showed that BWB owns such superiorities as the wide acceptance of various species and parts of culm for preparing wafers,high utilization percent of raw bamboo,simple technology and equipment without any pollution,low cost,controllable product specification and quality,better propertyies as compared with of wood based waferboard,selectable production scale and industrial level,realizable mechanization of processing line,and sound return of the investment.BWB is one of the good ways to make local bamboo into social,economic and ecological benefit for the area full of bamboo resources.
