| 摘 要： | GPIB提供了微机和具有GPIB总线的测量仪器之间的一种通信协议.利用GPIB可以很方便地利用常用的基本仪器构建复杂的自动测试系统.本文给出了一种使用数字示波器和程控合成信号源做基本仪器,通过计算机控制实现RF阻抗测量的方案,并具体用HP VEE语言平台实现.

| Abstract: | GPIB
provides a communication protocol of PC and instrument with GPIB. It is easy to construct
a complicate automatic measurement system with essential instruments. A new method is
shown that an automatic RF impedance measurement system constructed with Synthetic Signal
Generator and Digital Oscillograph, controlling by a computer. The system is realized on
HP-VEE programming platform . |
