摘    要:Cr12MoV冷作模具钢的表面改性技术研究一直受到关注。本文采用双辉等离子体渗金属设备研究了等离子渗氮的工艺参数对渗氮层质量的影响。通过优化工艺参数实现了对Cr12MoV钢可靠渗氮,炉压500 Pa、渗氮温度500~550℃和保温4 h,渗层表面显微硬度最高达到1100 HV、渗层深度为0.15 mm。本研究拓展了双辉等离子渗金属设备的应用范围。

Abstract:The surface modification technology of Crl2MoV steel has been concerned recently. The influ- ence of technological parameters of plasma nitriding to the quality of nitriding layer is studied by the double glow plasma surface alloying equipment. The Cr12MoV steel is reliably nitrided by optimizing technological parameters, when pressure is 500 Pa and temperature is at the range of 500 - 550 ℃ and soaking time is 4 h,the microhardness of nitriding layer can reach 1100 HV and its depth can reach 0.15 mm. This study greatly expanded the application of double glow plasma surface alloying equipment.
