摘    要:推进技术创新、促进节能降耗是转变经济发展的重要途径。本文通过增加节能装置,将热风炉入炉风温由130℃提高到380℃,提高近2倍。生产1 t钙镁磷肥,可以节约标煤10.6 kg、焦炭25kg,在规模生产中取得了明显的节能降耗效果。

Abstract:Promotion of technological innovation and improvement of energy saving are the most important way for transformation of economic development. This article issues that the air temperature in hot blast stove increases from 130 ℃ to 380 ℃ by the energy saving device, which increases about twice times. For instance, producing 1 t calcium magnesium phosphate can save coal about 10.6 kg and coke about 25 kg, which achieves the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction in the scale of production.
