聚丙烯酰胺浓度检测方法研究进展

摘    要:综述了淀粉-碘化镉比色法、浊度法、凝胶色谱法、超滤浓缩薄膜干燥法、化学发光定氮法、氨电极法等6种检测HPAM浓度的技术,讨论了各种方法的测定原理、测定条件、技术参数、优缺点和最新研究进展等,可为研究与技术人员选用适宜的聚丙烯酰胺检测方法提供参考。

Abstract:Six analytical methods including color matching with starch-cadmium iodide,nephelometry,gel chromatography,hyperfiltrated concentration with film drying,chemiluminescent N determining and ammonia electrode examing for partial hydrolyzed ployacrylamide(HPAM) were discussed,their principles,determining conditions,technical parameters,relative merits and the current progress were introduced.So it is useful for the engineer and technician to choose a feasible determining method for HPAM.
