摘    要:针对牵引变电站电能质量负序、无功综合补偿问题,提出了负序剩余度的矢量定义.在此基础上建立铁道统一电能质量控制器(RUPQC)综合补偿数学模型并得到综合补偿解,指出负序剩余度的相角差为RUPQC综合补偿解增加了1个自由度,对补偿装置容量具有优化作用并给出优化条件.然后提出适于平衡牵引变压器的负序与无功分量对称解耦方法,得到RUPQC在特定功率容限下无功优先的负序补偿最优解析解.数值计算结果表明,采用该策略在满足全负荷范围电能质量治理目标的同时可获得综合最优补偿效果.电磁暂态仿真表明该控制策略正确、有效.

Abstract:In view of the comprehensive compensation for negative sequence and reactive power in the traction substation,the vector form definition of negative sequence components remaining degree is proposed.On this basis,the RUPQC's mathematical model is established and the comprehensive compensation solution is obtained.The phase angle difference gives the solutions of RUPQC an additional degree of freedom which has the role of optimization for the compensation capacity and the optimum conditions are given.A reacti...
