摘    要:以西江23-1油田ODP开发方案中的原油物性分析数据为切入点,根据水质特点和工况条件,采用美国油田腐蚀分析软件(OLI Corrosion Analyzer)对腐蚀程度进行了预测,结合腐蚀预测结果和腐蚀因素,提出了有效的油田腐蚀控制措施及腐蚀监测手段,建立相应的腐蚀数据库,为西江23-1油田稳定持续的生产提供了保障。

Abstract:On the basis of physical properties data of crude oil in ODP development of Xijiang 23 - 1 Oil Field, the extent of corrosion was predicted by using US OLI Corrosion Analyzer software based upon the water quality specifications and conditions. Cost - effective corrosion control measures and corrosion detection methods were proposed in consideration of corrosion prediction results and corrosion factors. A corresponding corrosion data - base was estblished, which provides a good support for the continuous reliable operation of the oil field.
