钢帘线电镀线集中控制改造存在的问题及对策

摘    要:介绍钢帘线电镀黄铜集中控制改造后造成的镀层面质量或镀层组分不达标、铜阳极板表面易出现铜粉、钢丝镀层发黑等质量问题,并对这些问题进行分析,提出解决方案,明确指出在镀铜时采取钛镍合金整板作为汇流板,铜粒代替铜板,镀锌采用不溶性阳极的形式是解决电流不均的根本方法。

Abstract:To introduce quality problems brought after concentration control alteration of steel cord electroplating brass,such as surface mass or component of the coat is not up to standard,copper powder appears easily on the surface of copperanode plate,steel wire coat is black,and the problems are analyzed,settlement scheme is put forward.It is pointed outclearly that the fundamental method to settle electrical current not uniform is to use Ti-Ni alloy plate as junction plate and toreplace copper plate by granular copper as copper plating,to adopt infusibility anode as galvanizing.
