连续重整催化剂再生烧炭动力学

在微型固定床反应器内,对不同粒度R-32重整催化剂的烧炭过程进行研究,得到烧炭本征动力学方程的有关动力学参数。建立了单一连续烧炭表观动力学方程,计算出有关动力学参数。同时考察了工业颗粒催化剂的烧炭行为,发现工业颗粒催化剂的烧炭过程存在内扩散阻力。

The Kinetics of Coke Burning of Reforming Catalyst

The combustion of coke on different meshes of R-32 reforming catalysts in a miniature fixed bed reactor was studied. Some parameters of coke combustion kinetics were determined. The successive coke combustion apparent kinetics equation was built and some kinetics parameters were calculated. The combustion of coke on industrial pellet catalysts was observed and found that the combustion was affected by inner diffusion resistance.
