摘    要:利用351nm紫外光泵浦非临界相位匹配LiB3O5光参量振荡器(LBO-OPO),直接获得了在472 ̄453nm范围内波长连续可调的蓝图光皮秒脉冲序列。OPO所用LBO晶体的两端面切割成Brewster角,避开了晶体表面增透膜的稳定性问题,保证了LBO晶体端面低反射损耗和OPO长期稳定工作。

Abstract:Tunable ps blue light pulses from 472 to 453 nm were obtained directly from a LiB 3O 5 optical parametric oscillator (LBO OPO) pumped by UV pulses at 351 nm. The OPO was non critically phase matched and the LBO crystal was Brewster cut avoiding the problems with anti reflection coating, which kept the low reflection losses on the LBO crystal and insured a long term stable work of the OPO. The UV pump radiation was obtained through a sum frequency process of the fundamental and the second harmonic of a CW mode locked Nd: YLF laser, where a novel wald off compensation scheme was adopted. The maximum blue light output power was measured to be 275mW with a pulsewidth of 12ps. Discussion about the effect of the F P etalon on the stability performance of the OPO was given.
