复合材料天然气气瓶预紧压力的研究

摘    要:本文针对铝内衬全缠绕复合材料天然气气瓶,应用ALGOR FEAS有限元分析系统进行了气瓶材料的弹塑性历程分析,设计了气瓶的预紧压力。采用轴对称的应力-应变关系对气瓶金属内衬、复合材料进行了应力分析,确定了气瓶的应力分布状态。研究表明,通过预紧压力设计,降低了铝内衬工作状态下的最大拉应力,实现了提高复合材料气瓶疲劳寿命的目的。

Abstract:In this paper,the auto frettage pressure of the aluminum liner full wrap composite natural gas cylinders is studied.The elastic plastic process of the composite cylinder materials is systemically analyzed to design the auto frettage pressure by the ALGOR FEAS method,and based on the analysis,the stress distribution of the composite cylinders is confirmed according to the stress analysis of the metal liner and composites adopting the symmetrical stress strain,which shows that the auto frettage pressure design can decrease the maximal tensile stress in the work condition of aluminum liner and increase the fatigue life of composite gas cylinders.
