综采工作面刮板输送机的自动化、智能化控制技术

摘    要:从综采工作面刮板输送机的电动机软启动控制和机电设备工况监测两个方面,综述了刮板输送机的自动化、智能化控制技术,指出综采工作面刮板输送机的自动化、智能化必将推动刮板输送机无人值守的实现,进而推动采煤机、液压支架和刮板输送机联动作业的、无人的和全自动工作面的实现。

Abstract:The paper reviewed automation and intelligent control technologies of scraper conveyor of fully-mechanized face from two aspects of soft-start of motors and working condition monitoring of electromechanical equipments.It pointed out the automation and intelligence of scraper converyor of fully-mechanized face will promote realization of unmanned control of the scraper converyor,and promote realization of working face with linkage working,unmanned control and fully-automation working face of shearer,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor.
