| 摘 要： | 针对传统的煤矿主提升设备状态监测系统存在监测适用范围单一等问题,提出了一种提升设备动态监测系统的设计方案。该系统实现了钢丝绳实时动态张力监测、钢丝绳断丝在线监测、罐道间距在线监测,为提升设备的安全运行提供了保障。

| Abstract: | In view of problems of single monitoring existed in traditional condition monitoring systems of coal mine main lifting equipment,the paper proposed a design scheme of dynamic monitoring system of lifting equipment.The system realizes real-time monitoring of dynamic tension of steel wire rope,broken wire monitoring of steel wire rope and on-line monitoring of distance shaft guide,which provides guarantee for safe operation of lifting equipment. |
