论输变电工程造价的合理控制

随着"两网"改造工作的深入开展,输变电工程成为电力部门的一个重要投资部分,同时国内电力市场得到进一步开放,国外资本的进入,输变电工程建设的竞争也将不断激烈,这就要求电力部门在工程建设服务方面、技术质量方面以及自身成本控制方面有所加强。该文从目前输变电工程建设的实际情况出发,对目前输变电工程造价超支等方面存在的问题进行了分析,同时提出了一些应对措施和建议。

Reasonablely Control of Power Transmission and Conversion Engineering Cost

The power transmission and conversion engineering became an important part of electric department,along with the development of "two grids"alteration work.Domestic capital market has further opened,the foreign capital come in and the competition of power transmission and conversion engineering became fierce at the same time.This requires the electric department reinforce the works in aspects of engineering construction service,technique quality and the cost control.This article analysed the problems of engineering cost through the actual conditions of engineering construction,and put forward several measures and suggestions.
