| 摘 要： | 针对2007年成宁供电公司实施无人值班技术改造项目，对继电保护班和自动化班两个二次专业班组，在执行公司“IPE”技术改造工作流程的具体项目实施过程中暴露出的多次协调问题和重复劳动问题，进行了深入思考和分析，提出了成立“大二次”班组来解决问题的思路。
