摘    要:主要介绍了600MW超临界汽轮机组新材料高压内缸的铸造工艺方案,针对新材料所采取的铸造工艺方法、熔炼、热处理方式均很好地满足了高压内缸的超声波探伤要求及达到了常温、高温力学性能要求。

Abstract:This article mainly introduce the method of supercritical steam turbines HP inner casing casting which is made of new material. According to this kind of new material, the method of casting, melting and heat treatment could reach the requirement of ultrasonic test and mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature.
