| 摘 要： | 目的评价Golf钢板、双钢板、T形钢板三种钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法88例分成A、B、C三组,A组45例采用Golf钢板内固定,B组16例采用双钢板内固定,C组27例采用T形钢板内固定,比较三组伤口愈合,疼痛时间,功能恢复,骨折愈合时间和并发症,采用Johner-wruhs方法评价结果。结果全部病例随访10～24月(平均15.4月),所有骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间A组6.5个月,B组7.8个月,C组8.4个月。根据Johner-wruhs方法评价,A组优良率93.3%,B组优良率87.5%,C组优良率88.9%。结论三种钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折均可取得较好疗效,其中Golf钢板疗效较佳,其它两种钢板各有优缺点。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate of clinical effect of GOLF plate.dual plate and T-model steel plate in treatment of patients with tibial piateau shaft comminuted fractures.Methods 88 patients were allocated into three groups in accordance to interlocking methods: Golf piate,dual plate andT-model steel plate.Johner-wruhs functional knee joint score system was used to evaluate the results.Results The ratio of satisfactory functional was 92% for the A group.87.5% for the B group and 88.9% for the C group.Conclusions To compare clinical effect,Golf plate is more satisfactory than dual plate and T-model steel plate, |
