| 摘 要： | 文章以主要用于手机领域的Samsung NAND Flash器件K9K1G08UOB—JIBO为例。对比了NAND和NOR Flash的异同，阐迷了NAND Flash的基本结构和使用方法，介绍了大容量NAND Flash在嵌入式系统中的应用，以及如何在Lintrx操作系统中设置对NAND Flash的支持。

| Abstract: | With the development of embedded system products, their features, such as performance, capacity and package, are demanded more improved. Taking Samsung NAND Flash K9K1G08U0B-JIB0, mainly used in mobile phone, for example, this article contrasts the characteristics of NAND and NOR Flash, expounds the organization and using methods of NAND Flash, introduces the application of NAND Flash in embedded systems, and how to set up the Linux system for supporting the NAND Flash. |
