基于正交高速摄影的人枪动态特性实验研究

摘    要:为深入了解某无托型自动步枪射击时人枪系统的实际运动情况、研究其人枪系统运动规律,采用2台正交高速摄影机同步跟踪固定在人枪系统上的标记点,获得各特征点在各自视窗中的平面运动轨迹; 基于自适应阈值函数的小波阈值去噪方法,得到该自动步枪及射手在立姿射击过程中俯仰及侧偏的运动特征曲线。实验结果表明:采用正交高速摄影获得的人枪运动参数能更细致、更全面地反映射击时人枪系统的实际运动情况; 射击过程中,枪膛合力的作用、自动机后坐到位的撞击和自动机复进到位的撞击对枪身运动的影响较大。

Abstract:To study the actual movements and the motion law of the human-rifle system with a non-buttstock rifle in the process of shooting,the maker points tied up on the body and the rifle were captured in real time by two orthogonal high-speed photographies,and the plane trajectory of each feature point was obtained.Based on the wavelet de-noising method of an adaptive threshold function,the characteristic curves of pitching and yawing motion were obtained.Experimental results indicate that the motion parameters of the human-rifle system captured by two orthogonal high-speed photographies can reflect the actual motion of human-rifle system more detailed and more comprehensively.The resultant force in bore and the strikes caused by automatic mechanism collision at front and rear end during firing process affects the rifle motion significantly.
