摘    要:研究了活性炭固载杂多酸催化乳酸与正丁醇的酯化反应 ,探讨了催化剂用量、酸醇比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂重复使用次数等因素对反应的影响 ;在酸醇的量比为 1∶3.0 ,催化剂用量为乳酸质量的4.0 % ,反应温度为 10 8~ 12 5℃ ,反应时间 2 .0h ,乳酸的酯化率达 97.6 % .结果表明 ,该催化剂具有较高的催化活性和稳定性 .

Abstract:The esterification of lactic acid and n-butyl alcohol with the heteropoly acid supported on the activated char as catalyst is studied. The factors of reaction conditions are investigated. The most suitable conditions for the reaction are determined with mole ratio of acid and alcohol 1∶30,mass ration of catalyst to acid 4.0%,reaction temperature 108℃~125℃,reaction time 2.0h. The conversion of the lactic acid is 97.6%. The experimental results show that the catalyst has high catalytic activity and stability.
