爆炸喷涂Ni-Co/WC涂层的微观组织与性能

摘    要:介绍了Ni-Co/WC涂层爆炸喷涂工艺,并研究了爆炸喷涂Ni-Co/WC涂层性能.研究表明,该涂层除了有良好的力学性能, 还具有很好的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性.涂层微观组织分析表明,涂层组织中的微晶和非晶相对涂层的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性都有重要的意义.

Abstract:The process of Ni-Co/WC coating made through detonation gun spraying was introduced, and the properties of the coating was investigated. The results show that the coating has good mechanical properties, wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance. It is found that the microcrystals and amorphous phases in the microstructure of the coating play key role in its wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance.
