重庆地区某保温屋面工程的设计与施工

重庆地区民用建筑屋面采用保温层节能设计,防水一般为一道刚性防水再加一道柔性防水,屋面防水等级为2级。因卷材位于保温层上部以及施工工期以及现场环境影响,不能长期完全满足防水作业条件,易出现卷材防水层破裂渗漏。实际施工中,在混凝土屋面板上先施作一道聚氨酯防水基层,并在保温层中埋设排汽管,能有效防止屋面渗漏,提高屋面防水保温隔热性能。
